Tarte tatin set

The Tarte Tatin allows you to carry out each step of the recipe quickly and easily, using just one dish : first the caramel, made directly on the stove top (all types of heat, including induction), then cooking the tatin in the oven in the same dish. Turn out the tatin onto the platter and serve it directly on the table. The 1850 stewpot can be used on all types of stove top, including induction, as well as in the oven or microwave, and can be cleaned in the dishwasher without any risk of deteriorating the surface.
