Wok with glass lid 28 cm

Wok in heavy duty 4mm thick aluminium, covered with a 3-layer titanium reinforced non-stick coating, suitable for all cook tops including induction. The wok has a stylish matt black finish on the outside. The titanium particles in the coating, many times harder than the chrome and steel used in cooking utensils, produce an excellent scratch resistance. A rough surface coating gives an extraordinary non-stick result. The aluminium body has very good heat conducting and energy saving properties, and guarantees a uniform heat diffusion.
