Created to consistently crack and crush coarse sea salt, this small white salt mill will complete any brasserie tabletop. The mechanism in this grinder is specifically designed to produce the best ground salt possible and uses a corrosion-resistant, crushing mechanism that consists of two ribbed plates, designed to crush the dry sea salt into a consistent size. Adjusting the size of the grind is easy; just twist the adjustment nut located on top of the mill clockwise for a finer salt and anti-clockwise for a coarser grind
