Peppercorns are perfectly ground to release the essential oils trapped within with this pepper grinder. Created by Peugeot, this grinder offers freshly ground pepper with precision and consistency. It is easy to adjust the coarseness of the grind by simply twisting the adjustment nut on the top of the mill; twisting clockwise results in a finer grind whilst twisting anti-clockwise results in a coarse grind. Peugeot have a strong belief that a grinder has to be made specifically for the herb or spice that is going to be ground, so, for best results, this mill should only be used with pepper.
